What is the best way to remove face paint / temporary tattoos / glitter tattoos?

The best way to remove face paint is to soak the face in lukewarm water and then gently rub it off with a flannel and baby shampoo.  Please do not use baby wipes as these are not effective and leave paint on the skin making it appear stained.  Also in rare cases some children have been known to have a reaction when a baby wipe has been used to remove face paint.

For temporary tattoos these just need to be rubbed with a flannel soaked with lukewarm water.

For glitter tattoos the most effective method of removal is a small amount of surgical spirit or baby oil on cotton wool.
